By using SAT to the MAX (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the Service.
You may use the Service for your own SAT preparation. Please don't misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in ways other than the interface we provide. The content and materials in the Service are for your personal study and may not be redistributed.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
Paid plans grant access for the period described at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party provider. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us and we'll work with you in good faith.
SAT to the MAX is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board. SAT is a trademark of its respective owner.
The Service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee any particular score, outcome, or uninterrupted access.
To the extent permitted by law, SAT to the MAX is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
